Move through your week with movement, stretching, fresh air, and community. Join Lucinda for a free outdoor YOGA class designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, stretch out your muscles, calm your mind and reconnect with your body. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, everyone is welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else you need to be comfortable. We'll meet at Peach Orchard Park by the volleyball courts and enjoy 45minutes of mindful movement together.

This series is offered free. While there is no cost to attend, your commitment and consistent attendance mean a lot and help keep the group running throughout the summer.

This is a family-friendly group, so feel free to bring your kiddos along while you get your workout.
