Join us for a sweet summer evening of movement, breath and sound at Lighthouse Beach, Powell Beach in Trout Creek, Summerland.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow led by Joi, a certified yoga instructor, followed by grounding breathwork with Lucinda Bibbs, certified Breathwork Facilitator and co-owner of New Ground Wellness. We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing sound journey led by Jessica of Balanced by Sound.

Each practice will be approximately 20 minutes, creating a gentle and accessible one-hour experience to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and settle your nervous system.

All levels and all people are welcome—no previous yoga, breathwork or sound experience is needed.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
