Drawing on her lived experience, Jessica leads an honest, open conversation about ADHD and neurodivergence more broadly helping reduce stigma, build self-understanding, and support self-advocacy at home, school, and work.
About the facilitator: Jessica M is a community member and advocate passionate about increasing understanding and awareness of how ADHD can present in women. Drawing on lived experience, she believes open conversations — about women with ADHD and neurodiversity more broadly — reduce stigma, support self-understanding, and promote acceptance, self-compassion, and self-advocacy, while helping improve access to healthcare and accommodations at work, school, and home.
