Anxiety can feel like static, constant, overwhelming, and hard to pin down. This interactive workshop is designed to help you turn down the noise by giving you a clear, practical way to understand what's actually happening when anxiety shows up, and what you can do about it.
Together, we'll explore a simple but powerful tool for separating what's within your control from what isn't helping you stop spending energy on things you can't change, and start directing it toward the things you can. Rather than a lecture-style presentation, this session is built around open discussion: you'll have space to ask questions, share what resonates, and connect with others who understand what it's like to carry anxiety day to day.
Whether anxiety shows up for you as racing thoughts, physical tension, overthinking, or a general sense of unease you can't quite name, this workshop offers a grounded starting point, something concrete you can walk away with and actually use, not just talk about.
No prior experience or preparation is needed. Just bring yourself and an openness to reflect.
