Event Details

Date: April 19th
Time: 8:30am - 9:45am
Location: Dragon Boat Pub
Address: 3895 Lakeside Rd, Penticton, BC

New Ground Wellness and Balanced by Sound are incredibly excited to collaborate with Dragon Boat Pub AGAIN for a fun, vibrant, and transformative Breathwork and Sound experience at their stunning lakeside location overlooking Skaha Lake in Penticton.

There is no better way to kick off your weekend than with this immersive, high-energy yet grounding journey. You will be guided through a conscious connected breathwork experience led by Certified Breathwork Facilitator Lucinda Bibbs, co-owner of New Ground Wellness. This experiential breath journey is designed to help you deepen your connection to your authentic self, release what no longer serves you, and create space for your intentions and visions for the year ahead—tapping into your truest potential. This breathwork experience is accessible and welcoming for both beginners and those with prior experience.

Following the breathwork, the experience will gently transition into a deeply relaxing sound journey led by Jessica from Balanced by Sound. Using crystal singing bowls, she will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and integration, allowing the vibrations to ripple through every cell in your body and support profound release, restoration, and nervous system regulation.

We will conclude the morning with the option to stay and enjoy an incredible lakeside brunch at Dragon Boat Pub.
