Join us for a deeply nourishing Spring Equinox experience designed to bring you back into balance — body, mind, and spirit.
We begin with a gentle, guided head–heart coherence breath practice. Through slow, intentional breathing and subtle awareness cues, you’ll be invited to soften the thinking mind and drop into the wisdom of the heart. This practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and a sense of inner steadiness. As breath and heartbeat begin to synchronize, many people experience a feeling of calm presence, connection, and quiet expansiveness — a returning home to yourself.
From this grounded space, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound journey. Bathed in the pure tones of crystal singing bowls, the soft sound of the rain stick, delicate chimes, rhythmic drum, and the gentle resonance of the kenari chime, your body is invited into deep rest. The layered vibrations help quiet mental chatter, release stored tension, and open space for reflection and renewal.
This is a restorative experience — accessible to everyone — whether you are seeking relaxation, clarity, emotional release, or simply a moment to pause and recalibrate. As we stand at the threshold of a new season, this journey offers an opportunity to reset, plant intentions, and welcome spring with an open heart.
