Feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next?
You don’t have to face it alone. Whether you're navigating a life transition, dealing with anxiety or grief, or looking to reconnect with a sense of purpose, I’m here to support you.
As a counsellor, I offer a calm, down-to-earth presence and a judgment-free space to talk through whatever’s on your mind. I draw from a variety of approaches, like CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy, blending practical tools with space for reflection and self-discovery. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, developing coping strategies, and helping you move toward the kind of life you want to lead.
Let’s meet where you feel most comfortable.
Not everyone feels at ease sitting across from someone in an office or staring at a screen. That’s why I offer Walk and Talk Therapy for those who prefer movement or nature. We can meet at a park, trail, or even a quiet spot by the beach. Therapy can look different for everyone and that’s okay.
Real conversations. Practical tools. A supportive space to explore what matters to you.
No pressure. No judgment. Just support at your pace.
A Bit About Me
