Feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next?

You don’t have to face it alone. Whether you're navigating a life transition, dealing with anxiety or grief, or looking to reconnect with a sense of purpose, I’m here to support you.

As a counsellor, I offer a calm, down-to-earth presence and a judgment-free space to talk through whatever’s on your mind. I draw from a variety of approaches, like CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy, blending practical tools with space for reflection and self-discovery. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, developing coping strategies, and helping you move toward the kind of life you want to lead.

  • Anxiety | Depression |  Grief & Loss | Stress | Trauma | Finding Purpose | Career | Self-Esteem | Conflict | Managing Emotion & Behaviour | Accepting Change | Goal Setting | OCD | ADHD

  • Let’s meet where you feel most comfortable.

Not everyone feels at ease sitting across from someone in an office or staring at a screen. That’s why I offer Walk and Talk Therapy for those who prefer movement or nature. We can meet at a park, trail, or even a quiet spot by the beach. Therapy can look different for everyone and that’s okay.
Real conversations. Practical tools. A supportive space to explore what matters to you.
No pressure. No judgment. Just support at your pace.

  • Person-Centered | Cognitive Behavioural Therapy | Dialectical Behaviour Therapy | Narrative | Exposure Therapy |  Solution-Focused | Existential | Walk & Talk | Strength-Based
