Not everyone feels at ease sitting across from someone in an office—or staring at a screen. That’s why I offer Walk and Talk Therapy for those who prefer movement or nature. We can meet at a park, trail, or even a quiet spot by the beach. Therapy can look different for everyone—and that’s okay.

A Bit About Me
Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing hockey, and working in my yard. I hold a Master of Counselling from Gonzaga University and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
