Feeling stuck in anxiety or overwhelmed by life’s
changes?
Whether you’re navigating the challenges of midlife, perimenopause or menopause, adapting to a new country, or struggling with parenting and relationship conflicts, I’m here to support you.
Are you finding it harder to bounce back like you used to?
Feeling torn between two places after immigration or missing that sense of belonging?
Confused about how to move forward during tough parenting phases?
Or caught in repeating conflicts with your partner, child, or yourself—oscillating between anger and silence?
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and I’ve got you.
What I Offer
When we feel more connected to others, it becomes easier to express our needs and work together toward solutions. Developing compassion for yourself and others, learning to sit with uncomfortable feelings, and staying grounded in the present moment can make a real difference.
I bring my own life experiences as a newcomer (I lived in Ireland for 15 years), a partner, a parent, and someone who has faced infertility and midlife transitions. While I won’t tell you what worked for me, I’ll share practical skills and tools that can help you on your own path.
Professional Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and bring 29 years of experience as a parent educator, crisis support volunteer for domestic violence survivors, and group facilitator working with people facing poverty, mental health struggles, and single parenting. My approach is strengths-based, compassionate, and rooted in connection.
