Feeling overwhelmed or stuck in life’s complexities?
In today’s fast-paced and challenging world, it’s natural to feel confused, isolated, or unsure about the next step. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, I’m here to help you find clarity, reconnect with yourself, and regain balance.
No matter your age or relationship status, my goal is to walk alongside you with respect and compassion, helping you explore your experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space where your story truly matters.
A Collaborative & Holistic Approach
I believe that the best healing happens through collaboration and trust. Together, we build a strong therapeutic partnership where you’re empowered to deepen your self-understanding and reconnect with what truly matters to you and your relationships.
My approach is grounded in Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centred, Existential and Zen philosophy, Transactional Analysis, and mindfulness practices—integrating insights from these traditions to meet your unique needs. This means focusing on the here-and-now experience, fostering present-moment awareness, and addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
With a passion for lifelong learning and deep curiosity, I've been honing my skills through courses on Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention, approach to ADHD, EMDR level 1, support for corporate psychopaths and narcissist victims, and somatic approaches for complex trauma and personality disorders.
Bringing Culture & Context into Therapy
Originally from Italy, I bring a rich cultural and educational background with degrees in Communication Science, Psychology, and Gestalt Counselling. This helps me appreciate how social and cultural factors shape our behaviours, thoughts, and emotions—allowing me to support clients with a nuanced and compassionate perspective.
A Bit About Me
Outside of counselling, I enjoy spending time in nature, cooking, reading, and sharing quality moments with family and friends. Or simply doing nothing.
I offer both in-person sessions and virtual appointments in Vancouver, BC.
Let’s Work Together
If you’re ready to explore your path toward healing and personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
