If you’re feeling overwhelmed, battling anxiety, facing grief, navigating relational conflict or the emotional impact of trauma and abuse, you are not alone. As a psychotherapist, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, honour, and authenticity, helping you navigate life’s toughest seasons at your own pace. Whether you’re experiencing burnout, struggling with self-esteem, feeling lost and isolated, or emotionally numb, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down, find increased clarity, and discover the tools that help you cope — one step at a time. Throughout our sessions, you will uncover keys that bring you connection and rest so that you can move toward healing and wholeness. I draw from a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Emotion- Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and the Gottman Method.

In addition to my professional training, I bring lived experience to my work. As a mother and someone who’s navigated through the struggle of divorce, I understand what it means to rebuild and find clarity, strength, and resilience. My journey has shaped the way I show up for my clients—with understanding, empathy, and hope.

A Bit About Me

I hold a Master of Counselling degree and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Outside the counselling space, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors with friends and family, hiking, skiing, horseback riding, and taking my dog to the lake. I take every opportunity to appreciate the rejuvenating aspects of nature and feel blessed to call beautiful British Columbia my home.

Please feel free to reach out to me for a free 15-minute consultation call.
