You should sit in nature for 20 minutes each day, unless you’re too busy… then you should sit for an hour.

Authenticity, Connection, Acceptance, Peace, Rest

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, battling anxiety, navigating relational conflict or the emotional impact of trauma and abuse, you are not alone. As a psychotherapist, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, honour, and authenticity, helping you navigate life’s toughest seasons at your own pace. Whether you’re experiencing burnout, struggling with self-esteem, feeling lost and isolated, or emotionally numb, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.

What its like to work with me

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down, find increased clarity, and discover the tools that help you cope. Throughout our sessions, you will uncover keys that bring you connection and rest so that you can move toward healing and wholeness.

  • My Counselling philosophy is to meet my clients with grace, compassion and empathy. To provide a space where they can feel safe to express their concerns, fears, frustrations, pain, or confusion. I believe that environments of belonging, acceptance, and connection cultivate healing and rest. I consider it a privilege to hold this space for you and a joy to support you as you discover the tools and spaces that bring you strength and restoration.

  • I hold a Master of Counselling degree and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I draw from a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapy. I commonly support clients who experience trauma related to personality disorders, narcissistic abuse, those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, self esteem, or relational conflict.

A little more about me…

In addition to my professional training, I bring lived experience to my work. As a mother and someone who’s navigated through the struggle of divorce, I understand what it means to rebuild and find clarity, strength, and resilience. My journey has shaped the way I show up for my clients—with understanding, empathy, and hope.

Outside the counselling space, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors with friends and family, hiking, skiing, horseback riding, and taking my dog to the lake. I take every opportunity to appreciate the rejuvenating aspects of nature and feel blessed to call beautiful British Columbia my home.
