What is one small step I can take to support myself?

Hi I am a counsellor, parent, spouse, friend, and motherless daughter.

I meet you …where you are, and my hope is that we can increase safety and security wherever that is.

  • My Counselling philosophy is to meet my clients with curiosity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard where they can feel like it is a space they can safely co-regulate.

    I believe in relationships we create shared nervous systems. I support exploration of your values and self compassion.

  • Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Literative, Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychology, The Gottman Institute’s Level 2 Training

A little more about me…

Hobbies:
Exploring the Okanagan’s beaches and trails, camping, going to the gym, watching reality TV.

Family:
I have been married for five years and have two children (four and one).

Pets:
I have two dogs.

Why a counsellor?
When I met my husband and we decided to start our family, I wanted to learn how people build and maintain healthy relationships including discovering adaptive ways of creating intimacy, connection, and trust. 

Additional professions:
I worked in post secondary education for eight years before I became a counsellor.

Individual - $155/ 50min
Couples - $225/ 75 minute
