Are you craving deeper intimacy in your relationships?

Are you wanting to break codependency patterns or the cycle of intergenerational trauma?

Although we are all imperfectly held, we can learn to hold ourselves and others gently. As a former literature major, I’m deeply curious about the stickiness of personal narratives despite life’s ephemerality and absurdity. If you are interested in examining your story, it would be an honour to walk alongside you on your journey towards self-actualization.

I am currently a practicum student with Yorkville University, working towards my master’s in counselling and psychology. As a working, studying parent of two small children and two pups, I highly value the financial and time commitment of therapy. I see the investment into therapeutic work pay dividends in compassion and connection.

In my free time you can find me exploring the beaches and trails of the unceded territories of the Okanagan Syilx people, taking a yoga class, or winding down with some reality TV.
